Click the Shopping Cart button at the top right of your screen to see all items in your cart. You can adjust quantities by updating the number and clicking Update Shopping Cart, or remove items by selecting the Remove button and updating your cart.
Simply find the item you want and click the Add to Cart button. To adjust the quantity, go to your cart, update the desired amount, and click Update Shopping Cart.
To remove an item, click the Remove button next to it, then click Update Shopping Cart to save the changes.
Click the Login link at the top right of the page. Then select Edit Account in your account panel, make the desired changes, and click Submit to save them.
Orders shipped outside the European Union or the United States may be subject to duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for details. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees on international shipments.
Please double-check that your credit card number is entered correctly using numbers only, without spaces or dashes. Verify the address you have entered matches the billing address mentioned on your credit card account.
We recommend placing orders online for the fastest and easiest experience. However, if you prefer to order by phone, our Customer Care team is happy to assist. To help us process your order quickly, please have the following ready:
- Your sign-in email address (new customers can quickly register in under a minute).
- Full item name and SKU (Stock Keeping Unit).
- Item price as listed on our store.
- Your full name, shipping address, phone number, and email address.
Yes. For credit card verification, the billing address you enter must match exactly with the address listed on your credit card statement.
Returns & Refunds
Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items should be returned in their original condition with tags attached. Returns after 30 days will incur a 20% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if items are damaged or not in saleable condition.
Note: Mouth guards and groin guards are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund. Items must be returned in the condition you received them, in their original packaging.
- If the item is damaged, defective, or has a workmanship error, Athlomax will refund both the item cost and shipping charges.
- If you return an item because you no longer need it, only the item cost will be refunded express delivery fees are not refunded for single-item returns in multi-item orders.
Athlomax stands behind all its products. Warranty claims are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase if the product has a material or functional defect and is in a condition suitable for return or exchange. Please note, using the product in a way other than its intended purpose voids the warranty.

If your product has a material or workmanship defect, you can request support for a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, depending on the product’s condition. Please contact our Customer Care team for further assistance.
If you return an item that is damaged, defective, or has a workmanship error, you can request Athlomax to reimburse the return shipping costs. We may ask for the courier receipt in such cases. If you return an item simply because you no longer need it, return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Shipping
After your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Click the tracking link in the email to follow your shipment. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to appear on the carrier’s website.
We offer free shipping on orders over £30. Eligibility for free shipping is confirmed automatically at checkout.
Lightweight items are available for worldwide shipping at a flat rate of £16. International shipping costs and delivery services vary based on package size, weight, and destination. Heavy items are shipped only to selected locations, and expedited shipping is not offered for these orders.
For customers in the European Union, orders are shipped from our UK warehouse using DPD, ParcelForce, or Royal Mail standard shipping. Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 working days, depending on your location.
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:
- Standard Delivery (UK): 3-4 business days*
- Expedited Delivery (UK): 1 business day*
For international orders, delivery times vary by destination country and carrier. Please note that expedited shipping is not available for orders outside the UK.

Order Issues
Ordering online is fast, simple, and secure. Choose the product you want and click Add to Cart from the product page or quick view. You can either continue shopping or proceed to Checkout. When ready, go to your Shopping Cart and follow the prompts to complete your purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number.
After placing your order, you will receive an email with all your order details, including your order number. Please review it carefully, especially your shipping address, phone number, and delivery method. Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT are processed and dispatched the same day.
Although our website is designed to show accurate stock levels, occasional errors may occur. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you by email. The unavailable item will be removed from your order total, and this change will appear on your shipping invoice.
