At Athlomax, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase due to size, color, or model, you can request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. If your order has not been delivered, you also have 30 days to submit a claim.
Additionally, every Athlomax product comes with a 90-day warranty.

Return Information

Unopened Items

You may return any unopened products and accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Opened Items

Opened items can be returned within 30 days if they are in saleable condition, including original packaging and accessories. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Cancelled Orders

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Refusing delivery will be handled under the standard return policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Ordered by Mistake

If you placed an order mistakely, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Delivery charges are non-refundable and charged by the customer.

Damaged Products

Please inspect items upon delivery. If you notice any damage, contact us immediately with photos of the defect. We will process the claim and arrange an exchange.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Shipping costs will be refunded if applicable.

Return Limitations

Items returned for a refund or exchange must include the original documentation along with a completed return form. Please clearly state the reason for the return and indicate whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange. All returns are inspected before any credit or refund is issued.

Warranty Information

Our Limited Warranty applies to all products purchased from Athlomax.

What is Covered?

The Athlomax Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Defective products or parts will be replaced at no charge.

Warranty Duration

The warranty period for products purchased from Athlomax is 90 days from the date of delivery. Any replacement products or parts will carry the remaining warranty period of the original item.

What is Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or conditions outside normal use.

Free Return Shipping Labels

We will provide a free return shipping label in the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product received (photos required)
  • Wrong color received (photos required)
  • Wrong size received (photos required)
  • Item dispatched despite order cancellation
  • Item not as described (please specify reason)

No Free Return Shipping Labels

We will not provide a free return shipping label in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordered by mistake
  • Wrong size/color ordered
  • Cancelled order after dispatch

For heavy items, collection fees are the customer’s responsibility if the customer is at fault.

Hygiene Note

Items such as groin guards and mouth guards cannot be returned or exchanged after use for hygiene reasons.
